Managed Sale
1.5% commission
The managed sale aims to achieve a strong price, with minimum hassle.
Once a target price has been agreed upon, the item will be offered through pre-agreed channels and you will be kept up to date throughout the process.
During the sale process, the item will remain in your possession with no sales obligation. Once an interested party has formulated an offer, this will be communicated to you.
Commission is only payable on completion.
